Yes, delivery is free on all orders to addresses in the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase. You will not pay any customs charges, taxes or duties on delivery. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.
Marvaney is a company based in the United Kingdom, offering a carefully chosen selection of quality alternative wedding rings for men, with delivery available across the United Kingdom.
If your ring arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover all return costs.
Except for personalised rings, you can ask to cancel your order by email at any time before it is dispatched. If it has already shipped, please follow the return procedure when you receive it.
You can return a standard (non-personalised) ring within 30 days of delivery, and the return is free for you. The ring must be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Personalised rings cannot be returned, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or we made an error. For all the details, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you within 10 business days. The refund goes to your original payment method, and how quickly it appears depends on your bank.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return a standard (non-personalised) ring. If your ring is faulty, damaged or not as described, we replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are never affected. For more information, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

If a standard (non-personalised) ring does not fit, your first size exchange is free: email us at hello@marvaney.com within 30 days of delivery and we will explain the steps.
