This Privacy Policy describes how Marvaney collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you give us and the data needed for the website to work properly:
- Identity and contact: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
- Delivery and billing: postal address.
- Order: order history and order details, including any inner personalisation text.
- Payment data: processed directly by our secure payment providers. We do not store any full payment card details.
- Browsing data: cookies, IP address, pages viewed.

- To provide customer service and order tracking (performance of a contract).

4. Recipients and subcontractors
Your data is only shared with the providers strictly necessary to run the shop: our website host (Shopify), payment providers, our manufacturing partner and carriers (who need your name, delivery address and contact details to ship your order), and emailing tools. We never sell your data to third parties.

To fulfil your order, your name and delivery details are shared with our manufacturing partner and carriers outside the United Kingdom, including in China. We only share what is necessary to deliver your order and we require our partners to protect your data.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: the duration of our commercial relationship, then archived for the legal periods that apply (for accounting records, typically 6 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
7. Your rights
