1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use our website (the "Site"), operated under the brand Marvaney, Merrion Way, Leeds LS2 8PA, United Kingdom. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using the Site
You must be 18 or over to place an order. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to copy, scrape, resell or reproduce our content, images or designs without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, videos, logos and product designs, belongs to Marvaney or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

4. Product information
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Wood, antler, shell and sandstone inlays are natural materials and vary from one ring to another, so each ring can differ slightly from the photos. Meteorite and opal inlays are lab-created, and dinosaur bone inlays are imitation. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and either honour the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions to the Site.

6. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
